In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, We require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file. If you cancel within 24 hours a 100% last minute cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. This also includes cancellations due to Covid & or No Show appts. Absolutely No Refunds on Services Preformed! Please reach out if you have any questions about your service, if necessary 1 correction service can be performed @ owners discretion & must be completed within a 2 week window following original appointment. No Refunds on Gift Cards. Gift Cards are only redeemable for in Salon Services.
